Liam is the Director of Early Education for Pulse. He has been part of our parent company, Acacium Group, for the last two years. His previous role focused on exploring new business partnerships and strategic opportunities. He now applies this experience to support the sustainable growth of our childcare centres business. 

Paul Tinker 

Head of Bids and Client Solutions

Paul has over 25 years’ experience in the recruitment industry both in the UK and Australia, starting in the hospitality sector.  Since joining the company in 2021, his focus has been on pursuing more strategic relationships through formal bid processes and solution led initiatives such as the PALM Scheme. His collaborative and honest approach fosters trust and confidence with our customers both internal and external.

Michael Langer

Finance Director

Michael Langer is the Finance Director at Acacium Group, a prominent international provider of healthcare staffing and services. With over 15 years of experience in finance across various industries and sectors within the UK, Michael joins the Australian business to provide the leadership to deliver sustainable growth.

Kim Lowe

Director of Candidate Services

Kim is our Director of Candidate Services, responsible for our candidate experience through attraction, compliance, and onboarding. Coming from a retail background, she has 15 years’ experience in people leadership and delivering a customer-first experience for internal and external customers.
