Pulse Child Crew is currently working with a centre in Macquarie Park who are looking for their next superstar educator!
This not-for-profit, managed by a parent committee, community-based centre holds 74 children aged 0 to 5 years old. The centre is split into 3 rooms with 2 big outdoor areas. They believe that childhood should be filled with fun, happiness, and laughter.
Important Information:
- Position on Offer - Part Time Room Assistant (Tuesday to Friday) position available in the toddler room or a float.
- Salary - Paid 15% above the award. The salary range is 58-62k per year based on a 32hr contract and experience.
- Qualifications - Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. Will also consider working towards ECT.
- Training - Professional development and workshops offered throughout the year. Can also attend early childhood conferences.
- Annual Leave - 4 weeks of annual leave per year and you accrue leave throughout the year to take time off over the Christmas period.
- Work-life Balance - The centre offers 3 wellbeing days per year, rotating roster, and flexibility on times.
- Meet the Team - Join a long-standing team of educators with a parent committee. The director has been at the centre for over 15 years and have over 15 educators and ECTs in the centre.
- Where is the centre located? - only a 5-minute walk from Macquarie Park Metro and then a 2-minute drive from the M2. Plenty of parking available at the centre.
