Our rigorous onboarding process
Registration
To guarantee that every candidate meets our high compliance and quality standards, we carry out detailed phone interviews that evaluate their motivation, experience, qualifications and overall fit for the role.
These interviews combine behavioural, situational, regulatory and competency-based questions, giving us a comprehensive understanding of each candidate’s skills, approach and suitability for placement.
Onboarding
All candidate documents are securely uploaded into Zipline for automated compliance verification. The system automatically checks for invalid or soon-to-expire documents (within 30 days) and sends prompts to candidates to address any issues.
A candidate is only marked as ‘Ready to Work’ once all credentials have been verified and meet our strict compliance standards, ensuring you can trust the quality and readiness of your workforce.
