Pulse Child Care Crew is partnering with a vibrant Kindergarten in Cremorne, and they are looking for their next Toddler Room Leader! This well-established Kindergarten has been providing high-quality early childhood education and care to families on Sydney's Lower North Shore since 1981. With a warm and supportive environment, they cater to 57 children aged 2 to 5 years across 2 rooms and 2 outdoor spaces.
Position Details:
- Role: Full-Time Toddler Room Leader (Diploma or ECT)
- Salary: Above Award Rate - Negotiable based on qualifications and experience
- Qualifications: Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (will also consider candidates working towards a Bachelor)
- Training: Free professional development opportunities offered throughout the year; ongoing support for staff pursuing further studies
- Annual Leave: 4 weeks of annual leave per year, plus 2 weeks of centre closure over Christmas and New Year, and 12 extra paid days off as an incentive for Room Leaders!
- Work-Life Balance: Flexibility with working days and hours, with encouragement to take annual leave as needed to recharge.

What We're Looking For:
- A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently working towards a Bachelor)
- Previous experience in a similar role or a strong passion for working with toddlers
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- A positive, professional attitude and a desire to continue growing in your career as an educator
