Overview: Join the well-established PULSE Child Care Crew team as a recruitment consultant, where you'll have the opportunity to take over an already successful desk and work with a passionate, dedicated team. The role involves business development, candidate and client relationship management, and recruitment tasks, while also enjoying a fun and rewarding work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business development through new and existing clients
- Weekly client visits and relationship building
- Ad writing, interviewing, and reference checking
- Vacancy filling and database maintenance
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in recruitment or child care sector
- Strong rapport-building skills with clients and candidates
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Professional presentation and communication
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Current driver's license
