Your Role

  • Lead and support the implementation of high-quality educational programs
  • Mentor and coach educators through a calm and collaborative leadership approach
  • Drive continuous improvement through reflective practice and professional development
  • Embed contemporary early childhood theories and research into everyday practice
  • Foster strong relationships with children, families, educators, and the wider community
  • Support teams to deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
  • Maintain high expectations while building a positive and accountable team culture

About You

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved qualification)
  • Minimum 12 months' experience in a leadership or Educational Leader role (2 years preferred)
  • Strong understanding of play-based learning pedagogy
  • Experience mentoring and coaching educators
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Experience implementing contemporary early childhood theories into practice
  • Understanding of relationship-based approaches including Bronfenbrenner, Bowlby, and Circle of Security (highly regarded)
  • Must have a valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle, as centres are not easily accessible via public transport
