Your Role
- Lead and support the implementation of high-quality educational programs
- Mentor and coach educators through a calm and collaborative leadership approach
- Drive continuous improvement through reflective practice and professional development
- Embed contemporary early childhood theories and research into everyday practice
- Foster strong relationships with children, families, educators, and the wider community
- Support teams to deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
- Maintain high expectations while building a positive and accountable team culture
About You
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved qualification)
- Minimum 12 months' experience in a leadership or Educational Leader role (2 years preferred)
- Strong understanding of play-based learning pedagogy
- Experience mentoring and coaching educators
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience implementing contemporary early childhood theories into practice
- Understanding of relationship-based approaches including Bronfenbrenner, Bowlby, and Circle of Security (highly regarded)
- Must have a valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle, as centres are not easily accessible via public transport
