How do I access the client portal?

You can access the client portal using the link above or here: https://acacium-oceania.outsystems.app/LyptusClient/. 

What login details should I use?

Use the login invitation sent to your email. Didn’t get it? Contact us on 02 9054 7407.

Forgot your password?

To reset your password, you need to:

  1. Open the Lyptus client portal
  2. Type in your email and press 'Continue'
  3. Click 'Forgotten Password?'

      4. Check your email for the six-digit code, and then reset your password

Is my personal information safe?

Yes - Lyptus uses secure encryption and meets all privacy standards. 

Can someone else use my login?

No - your login is just for you. It keeps your bookings and workers accurate.
